I have been stitching since the late 80's I used to knit till it went out of fashion in the 80's,I enjoy many forms of stitching hardanger,blackwork, any counted stitches, cross-stitch, Quilting,stumpwork,beading and of course my first passion which was knitting.I love the colour purple, I like to stitch samplers I love alphabets, will design my own for special occasions.I like following designer lizzie kate, brent creek,prarie schooler, shepherds bush, little house needlework, Country Cottage Needle work and many more.

At the Coast

Sat in the harbour at Bridlington just had fish and chips for tea, spent all day at a beading workshop at Robin Hoods Bay, thought I would try the camera out on my iPad.


This was one side of the harbour wall,


This was the other side quite a contrast.
We have been here since Wednesday and the weather has been great, I even managed to get the sandals out but now I need to paint my toenails.

ooooo bit of a contrast there ... where was the beading retreat taking place as there isn't much at Robin Hoods Bay apart from hills ...lol glad you are having a fab time :) love mouse xxxxx
